Russell Telecom purpose builds new telecoms solution

Campbell Homes Limited operates in locations such as Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield and Chesterfield. The company specialises in building a wide range of high quality properties from modern apartments to luxury family homes.

Campbell Homes was founded in 1994 by Gary Campbell. Since then, the company has enjoyed a good annual growth, building and developing an extensive portfolio of some 600 residences to date.

Campbell Homes was delighted to partner with Russell Telecom; a company with three decade’s
experience of meeting the telecommunications needs of UK businesses and organisations.

Campbell Homes required greater ease of use and flexibility in their new system. Russell Telecom carried out a thorough assessment of the company’s existing system and of their specific requirements. Russell Telecom identified the NEC SL100 telephone system with voice mail and auto attendant as the system that was ideally suited to the company’s requirements.

Russell Telecom carried out a thorough review of the company’s telecommunications systems before deciding that the new NEC SL1100 solution would suit their requirements ideally.

Ideal for up to 70 extensions, the NEC SL1100 could embrace Campbell Home’s need for scalability and the ability to direct calls to the most suitable person and to prioritise incoming calls.

The SL1100 makes any team more reachable, more responsive and more productive. With a choice of either IP or digital technologies, the SL1100 is a very versatile and scalable solution.

The system was installed with six handsets as well as voicemail and auto attendant.

The high spec built-in voice response system provides auto-attendant and auto-routing functionality at no extra cost, which is ideal for small and medium-sized companies and organisations.
